Online entry form will be accepted ONLY with a $295.00 Supreme Entry Fee paid. We only accept Money Orders, Certified Funds, Debit/Credit Cards, PayPal or Cash. There is a 10.00 processing fee on all credit/debit card transactions. Entry Form, Photogenic Photos and $295 entry fee (Required) are due in the office by deadline. All entries paid will receive an email & hard copy receipt for their records.
